Introduction To Reformer Workshop

New to reformer, or just wanting a refresher? This is the perfect workshop for you!

 

This 60min session will break down how the reformer works to help you gain confidence before joining your next class. At the end of the class you will understand the anatomy of the reformer and how to correctly position your body in different exercises. 

 

This workshop will also include the introduction to Pilates props, the reformer box and the jump board.

Doing an Introduction session before joining a group session is not compulsory, however we do recommend it especially if you're new to Reformer. This also gives yourself time to discuss anything with your instructor that they may need to know in advance.
