Service Description

The Pilates Reformer is a piece of apparatus used. It works with spring resistance to help support and strengthen your movements. If you are new to reformer we do recommend attending an intro session first to familiarise yourself. We offer monthly group intros and private intros can be booked too. An intro isn't compulsory so beginners can still attend group reformer straight away.
